In 2021, David helped launch Compass as a founding broker/agent and has been the firm's top individual agent ever since. David has been included in the Triangle Business Journal’s Book of Lists “Top Real Estate Agents” for ten consecutive years and is among the top 1/10 of 1% of real estate agents in all of North Carolina. His real estate practice extends over all of Wake County and the Triangle. Additionally, he assists luxury clients in the mountains of NC, principally Boone, Banner Elk and Blowing Rock. David also founded the upper-end firm-within-a-firm Triangle Luxury Collective at Compass in 2023. If he isn't working, look for him at Lenovo Center where he will be in Section 120 cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes (or, in the hockey off-season, in Blowing Rock at his family's second home in the Blue Ridge Mountains).
